Time Soldiers Redesign: Sailor 1776

Two of the Time Soldiers, Sev and LT, will be getting redesigns. Somehow it hit me that I don't want their fuku to have the hip roll thing, and the old designs started to irk me a bit. I may change the lacing on her bodice later, 'cause I don't want to redraw criss-cross ribbon over several panels.

EDIT: Bodice altered, and colored in the earring I just realized was uncolored.
